The elegant apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere, just behind Piazza S. M. in Trastevere, the oldest area in Rome, known for its characteristic restaurants and night life. The building, welcoming and refined, is part of an old '800 convent that was totally renovated. The house is new, very sunny and cheerful thanks to its big glass windows and to the warm colours of its furnishings. A staircase leads to the upper level that has the double bed with bedside tables, a walk in closet, bathroom with tub jacuzzi. This level is delimited by an iron handrail that overloogs the living room. The floors are of ancient cotto in the living room while there's parquet in the bedroom. The great clear window frames are made out of wood with thermal glasses. Their good quality together with the thick walls, make the environment extremely pleasant and very silent . An advanced technological system allows to control from a distance, through the telephone line, the alarm system, heating and air conditioning.
